To ask or not to ask, this is THE question on the mind of so many women these days. Is it okay for the woman to ask the man out? A lot of women grow up with the idea that the man should do the asking, but isn't this a little old fashioned? Today's women are independent, confident, and intelligent. It should be fairly obvious that yes; it is acceptable for women to approach men. In fact, a lot of guys are grateful to women who do so. It takes some of the stress off of them and many guys are actually attracted to confident women.

There is also the mutual attraction factor. If you like a guy there is a good chance that he probably likes you too. If you are getting all the signals that he is interested why wait on him to make a move? Do both of you a favor and be the first to initiate a date. Also, after the first date why not try and break out of another mold, call him first. Doing so will portray a call-me-anytime attitude and he may do just that.
