Rebecca Ward
Rebecca F. Ward, MS, MSW, has a private practice in general psychotherapy
with a special interest in couples and marital therapy in Little Rock,
Arkansas. She is a Board Certified Diplomat in Clinical Social Work and is
licensed by both the Social Work Licensing Board and the Arkansas Board of
Examiners in Psychology. Her professional associations include clinical
memberships in The American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy,
American Group Psychotherapy Association and National Association of Social
Workers. She belongs to the state associations of each of the above and has
served on the boards of all. Appointed by Governors Jim Guy Tucker and Mike
Huckabee, she has served on the Social Work Licensing Board since 1996.
Currently she is the chairman of the Community Advisory Committee at the
University of Arkansas Department of Social Work.
Rebecca has written for several Arkansas newspapers since 1966 and has
been published in the Arkansas Times, the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette, and
the Arkansas Women's Journal. She teaches a graduate course in theories of
marital and family therapy for UALR.
