Seth Eisenberg, CEO
PAIRS International, Inc

Seth Eisenberg is passionate about bringing education, industry, government and technology together to make relationship skills available to anyone, anytime, anywhere. He is President and Chief Executive Officer of PAIRS International, Inc., a world leader in the development and delivery of relationship skills training courses and materials that produce emotional literacy.

As the son of PAIRS Founder Lori Gordon, Eisenberg grew up interacting extensively with pathfinders in the field of human development such as Gordon, Virginia Satir, Daniel Casriel and George Bach. During this period, Eisenberg was recognized for his own contributions and leadership for youth as an honoree of the American Academy of Achievement, the DeWitt Wallace Readers' Digest Foundation, Junior Achievement where he served as national conference president, and in a special Oval Office ceremony with then U.S. President Jimmy Carter.

Following high school, Eisenberg went on to study journalism and political science at Indiana University, then serving as editor-in-chief of Louisville's award-winning Jewish community newspaper before going on to develop innovative national student programs for the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC), being hired as national executive director of Likud-USA, and serving as a member of the prestigious Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations, where he worked closely with some of the world's most respected leaders of politics and industry.

Eisenberg went on to spend more than a decade building international business alliances for American and foreign manufacturers as a manager and senior officer of the USTrading Corporation, were he specialized in creating trade and technology relationships between U.S., Middle Eastern and African business organizations.

In 1996, Eisenberg became chief executive officer of PAIRS International, Inc., spearheading the organization's development of brief programs that now range from four to 24 hours, PAIRS' presence on the Internet that has resulted in millions of hits to the www.pairs.com website and outreach to youth and institutional clients. He has personally taught PAIRS classes to thousands, appeared on national television including a guest appearance on ABC's Politically Incorrect and has been interviewed on numerous occasions by leading newspapers.

In 1988, Seth married the former Peggy Rosenbaum of Brookville, Ohio. They have two sons, Alex (1989) and Michael (1992), who they delight in raising together in their hometown community of Weston, Florida.
